Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information may be collected about you when you use the services made available through the Pivo-T mobile application, and how this information may be used. Some services available through the mobile app may be provided by third-party websites. You should read the privacy policy of each website you visit through the mobile app. The owning organizations are not responsible for how third-party websites handle your privacy.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
If this privacy policy changes in a significant way, the owning organizations of Pivo-T will take steps to notify you of such changes. Minor changes to this privacy policy may occur and will not significantly affect how your information is used. In such cases, the owning organizations may not notify you of these minor changes.
If this policy changes in a way that significantly affects how personal information is handled, the new policy will not be applied to previously collected data without giving you the choice to accept or reject the new terms.
Information Collected
When downloading and/or using Pivo-T, the owning organizations collect non-personally identifiable information (i.e., information that is not linked to a specific individual and is not used to identify a person) regarding your use of the application. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of cookies—even if you are not registered—such as referring website (if applicable), browser type, and the time and date you accessed the app.
Use of Information
The owning organizations generate aggregated data about Pivo-T users for product development and service improvement purposes. Aggregated user information may be shared with third parties. When such data is shared, it is combined with data from many individuals and stripped of any identifiers that could be used to identify a specific person.
Any third party receiving aggregated data must agree not to attempt to re-identify any individuals to whom the data belongs.
